Collaborative Advisory Partners ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at collab.partners and a suite of subscription business applications, including Pulse and Work (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account details: name, email address, company, password.
- Contact details: mobile phone number (used for verification and notifications you opt into).
- Billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Content you submit to our apps, such as updates, comments, and team data.
- Communications you send us (support requests, contact form submissions).
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs, in order to operate and secure the Services.
2. SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide and verify a mobile phone number, we send SMS messages on your behalf using a third-party messaging provider (Twilio). Messages may include:
- One-time verification codes to confirm your phone number.
- Account and security alerts.
- Notifications related to the app features you have opted into (for example, Pulse updates).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS notifications in your account settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have requested.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails and SMS you have opted into.
- To respond to support inquiries.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Sharing of Information
We share information only with service providers needed to run the Services, including:
- Hosting and database (Supabase, Cloudflare).
- Payments (Stripe).
- Email delivery and SMS messaging (Twilio and our email provider).
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property. We do not sell personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and row-level security in our database. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
